Details

The CAGI Cantina Giubiasco is a company that was founded in 1929 and that vinifies the grapes of more than 350 winemakers in Ticino.

In recent years the winery has significantly improved the quality of its wines by enhancing old hillside vineyards in the Bellinzona area and its surroundings.

The Merlot is certainly the vine symbol of the cellar with which it creates unique and appreciated wines.

The Bucaneve Bianco di Merlot Ticino DOC of CAGI Cantina Giubiasco is obtained from the soft pressing of Merlot grapes. The only flower must is fermented at a controlled temperature (16 degrees).

An innovative and winning technique.

This excellent white merlot is among the best known of CAGI Cantina of Giubiasco which, with selected grapes, makes an important part, about a tenth, of the entire production of over 350 winemakers from the Ticino area.
