The Roero D.O.C.G. by Dario Ceste is vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and obtained from the best Nebbiolo grapes.

The soil in which it grows is a calcareous-siliceous soil with southern exposure at an altitude of 270 meters above sea level. Aging is 12 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.

The Dario Ceste winery has been a family business for 3 generations in the wine world. They grow about 6 hectares of vineyards and produce quality Piemonte wines, typical of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato areas.
