The Nino Franco Spumanti winery is a historic winery with 100 years of life lived 1919-2019 and with a high level of attention and continuous search for quality.

The company is located in Valdobbiadene, a small town north of Venice, where Glera, the grape used to produce Prosecco, has always been grown. It is a family-run business and as they call themselves they are a family of "craftsmen" of Prosecco.

The hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene were recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2019.

The vinification technique of Nino Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Rustico takes place first of all with the classic pressing and destemming, then the cooling of the must and the subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

A second second fermentation in autoclave and then be bottled with a stay in the cellar of at least 1 month.

The production method applied is the charmat.
