The Sambì is a drink designed for everyone, because it is refreshing, drinkable and organic, also suitable for celiacs and vegans as it contains neither gluten nor ingredients of animal origin.

The Sambì contains elder flowers collected on the Ticino territory of Val Mara, water of Monte Generoso, sugar and lemon. 100% organic ingredients.

It is a semi-dry sparkling alcoholic beverage from the fermentation of elder flowers.

Before opening, remember to turn the bottle upside down!

Organoleptic characteristics

Colour Matt white.
Nose The scent of elderberry is pleasant.
Taste Pleasantly sweet and pleasant on the palate.
Food pairing Fill a glass with 3 ice cubes, 2 mint leaves, 150 ml of Sambì, a drop of elderberry syrup to compensate for the dilution and garnish with 1 lemon wedge. Excellent as an aperitif or as a valid alternative to beer. To drink always cold!
