Details

The Nord Sud 50 50 is an assemblage between a Merlot of Ticino aged in barriques for 15 months with a Pinot Noir of Neuchatel, the first gives the structure while the other finesse and elegance.

Harvesting by hand, de-stemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation at (18 ° to 28 ° c), pressing, malolactic fermentation and aging in barrels, filtration and bottling.

This wine is the result of the collaboration of two reference wineries in their region: CAGI Cantina Giubiasco and the Caves de la Béroche of St. Aubin-Sauges of Neuchâtel.

The symbiosis between the Nordic fruit and the power of the South, as well as two quality philosophies, make it the best result.
