The CAGI Cantina Giubiasco is a company that was founded in 1929 and that vinifies the grapes of more than 450 winemakers in Ticino.
In recent years the winery has significantly improved the quality of its wines by enhancing old hillside vineyards in the Bellinzona area and its surroundings.
The Merlot is definitely the symbolic grape cell cellar with which creates unique wines and appreciated.
The Bucaneve Bianco di Merlot Ticino DOC of CAGI Cantina di Giubiasco is obtained from the soft pressing of Merlot grapes. The only flower must is fermented at a controlled temperature (16 degrees).

This excellent white merlot is among the best known of CAGI Cantina Giubiasco which, with selected grapes, makes an important part, about a tenth, of the entire production of over 450 winemakers from the Ticino area.
