REFUND POLICIES

Claims for rescission of contract or reduction in payment will not be considered, but exception is made for the following cases:

  1. The wine is unfortunately delivered damaged, you have 10 days from the reception to notify and receive or a refund or a replacement delivery, of your choice.

  1. The wine unfortunately tastes of cork, you have 90 days from the reception to notify and receive or a refund or a replacement delivery, of your choice.

  1. There has been an inefficency not covered in the previous points, you have 90 days from the reception to notify it and we will be happy to assist you in the best way. This excludes wines that have exceeded the recommended age of taste.
