Details

The Nebbiolo D'Alba D.O.C of Dario Ceste is a typical grape variety of Piemonte.

This native wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the soil in which it grows is calcareous with a south / south-east exposure at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The aging lasts 12 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.

The Dario Ceste winery has been a family business for 3 generations in the wine world. They cultivate about 6 hectares of vineyards and produce quality Piemonte wines, typical of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato areas.
