Organoleptic characteristics

Colour Straw yellow.
Nose Complex bouquet of fruit salad, apple, peach and a note of lime with exciting scents of wisteria and orange blossom.
Taste Intense and sustained by a good acidity, it gives the sensation of tasting pieces of fresh fruit, elegant and with a fine and persistent perlage.
Food pairing It can be combined with everything from aperitifs to appetizers, from first courses to second courses based on fish and white meat.
