Quick Overview

The Cantina Rotaliana is a winery at the foot of the marvelous Dolomites is located in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, near the city of Trento and the renowned Lake Garda. It was founded in 1931 and offers a fine selection of white and red wines from the Trentino region.

The Moscato Giallo Trentino DOC of the Cantina Rotaliana grows in simple pergola vineyards, on the hill of San Pietro a Mezzolombardo, San Michele and Val di Cembra with a soil where the soil is fresh, medium deep and sandy. 


The harvest takes place with manual harvest towards the third decade of September and its vinification and maturation takes place with a short cold maceration of the must with the skins before fermentation; then stop the new wine on its fine yeasts for at least 5 months.
