The excellent Müller Thurgau Trentino D.O.C. of the Cantina Rotaliana has a delicate, clean, finely spiced aroma.

On the palate it is fresh and sapid, supported by an aromatic structure that makes it persistent to the taste and ready to drink.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is very versatile when paired thanks to its marked freshness.

A wine particularly appreciated by women because it is not demanding and particularly delicate on the palate.

Details

The Cantina Rotaliana at the foot of the marvelous Dolomites is located in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, near the city of Trento and the renowned Lake Garda. It was founded in 1931 and offers a fine selection of white and red wines from the Trentino region.

The Müller Thurgau Trentino DOC is grown in the Cembra Valley and on the high hill of Trento in Maso Saracini. Its vineyards have a simple pergola, while the characteristics of the soil are a dry soil, of medium texture, basically clayey and with a small skeleton.

The harvest takes place strictly by manual harvesting, from the first ten days of September, in often inaccessible hillside vineyards. Its vinification and maturation takes place with a fermentation in stainless steel and it rests on fine yeasts for 4 months before bottling.

His consumption perspective is to be drunk young, within two / three years.
