Details

The Cantina Rotaliana is a winery at the foot of the marvelous Dolomites is located in the heart of the Piana Rotaliana, near the city of Trento and the renowned Lake Garda. It was founded in 1931 and offers a fine selection of white and red wines from the Trentino region.

The Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Etichetta Rossa of the Cantina Rotaliana grows in double pergola vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana and the soil is always well drained soil, supported by a rich skeleton, pebbly, gravel and sandy in several layers. 

The harvest always takes place with strictly manual harvesting, starting from the first week of September while for its vinification and maturation takes place through a fermentation and maturation in steel and an aging in bottle for not less than 6 months.

His consumption perspective is to be drunk young (2-3 years), to appreciate its liveliness and fruit.

Organoleptic characteristics
