The Bucaneve Rosso Merlot Ticino DOC Cantina Giubiasco is a fresh and fruity wine to drink young but which bears moderate aging.


Its color is not too intense ruby red, the taste is structured but soft and pleasant.

Recommended pairings with appetizers, cold cuts and also as an aperitif.

The CAGI Cantina Giubiasco is a company that was founded in 1929 and that vinifies the grapes of more than 450 winemakers in Ticino.

In recent years the winery has significantly improved the quality of its wines by enhancing old hillside vineyards in the Bellinzona area and its surroundings.

The Merlot is definitely the symbolic grape cell cellar with which creates unique wines and appreciated.


The Bucaneve Rosso Merlot Ticino DOC Cantina Giubiasco is the red version of the famous Merlot Bianco Bucaneve, well known and appreciated throughout Switzerland.

Obtained from a short maceration of Merlot grapes, after 6 months of aging in stainless steel tanks it is bottled.
